how long will your coffee stay fresh?
Coffee really isn’t that tasty when brewed right after roasting, those hot beans need time to relax, mature a little and develop the subtle nuances that make a great cup of coffee.
Simply put, four weeks possibly even five weeks nicely sealed in its original bag.
But we are quietly confident you won’t let our coffee last that long anyway.
how do your subscriptions work?
Need variety in your life? Not feeling our subscription offering? Or simply just need your next order delivered sooner than expected?
That’s no problem. You have the option to do the following;
Level up – Your current quantity not cutting it, no worries. Please reach out to us via email and we will arrange this for you.
Switch – If the spice of your life is variety then this will satisfy your hunger. To make this happen, log in to your Swish account, cancel your original subscription and purchase your new coffee subscription.
Cancel – Seriously, why would you? Jokes aside, this is certainly not a problem. We just want you to be happy.If you change your mind at a later date, you can always subscribe again. No judgment.
Change – We like change! Just send us an email with your new address and we will make sure your precious cargo heads to the right place.
WHEN can I expect my coffee?
Depending on when you place your order, you can expect your coffee to be delivered within 2 to 5 business days.
Please note – the Coronavirus has pushed many more businesses to sell online and therefore increased the demand for supply on our couriers, hence the maximum 5 business days noted.
Can you recommend a grinder?
Let’s be honest, a great craftsperson would never blame their tools. If you don’t have a grinder or simply can’t stand the sight of what you have (we are still talking about your grinder) please check out our recommendations below:

Do you bake fresh to order?
We strongly believe in quality, this means we bake once you have ordered.
Everything for us small batch – it’s the way we like it.
How long do your fresh bakes last for?
As we all know everything has its’ day. Most of our baked goods have no problem lasting for one week when stored correctly. Look for our storage instructions and “best eaten before” dates in our product descriptions.
How should i store your fresh bakes?
As mentioned in the previous question, all the necessary information will be in the product descriptions however, a super helpful tip is to pay attention to your environment. Our bakes are not big fans of hanging out in the Sahara Desert, they prefer those dark autumn nights walking along the beach.
Not really at the beach though, a pantry will do just fine.
How will my purchase be delivered?
We have partnered with an Australian company, Sendle. Our nation’s first carbon neutral delivery service and certified B corporation.
If you got that hankering first thing in the morning – you may even get them the same day, just putting it out there.
If we can’t, usually because we have to allow for cooling time, your goodies would be delivered the next day! Yaya!!
This 24 hour - 48 hour window is the same for everything in our online shop.
What if i change my address?
Need a sea change? Don’t worry we get it, simply send us an email confirming your current details along with your new details and we can take care of this in no time!
Can I purchase and send as a gift?
Hell yeah, we thought you’d never ask. Absolutely, Just select the ‘gift’ option when proceeding to our checkout, include something you would like to say in your note and we will do the rest – It’s thats simple.
